We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will play a key role in driving our growth at Arpeely

What you'll do:

• Assist with resume screening and candidate sourcing
• Support recruitment administration (database updates, interview logistics)
• Schedule meetings and interviews
• Manage job postings across various platforms
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
• Utilize advanced recruitment technologies like COMEET and other specialized tools
• Work with HR systems to streamline processes

Requirements:

• HR background is a plus
• Experience with scheduling is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
• Proficiency in using recruitment and HR technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
