We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Service Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying trends and supporting data-driven decisions that enhance service performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate service-related data from various systems (CRM, BI, Call Center platforms, etc.).
• Analyze service performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop dashboards and reports for service teams and management.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in service operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, IS, Customer Support) to drive data-driven decisions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
  
  

• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in service or operations environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in: Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI – strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Familiarity with Python – a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
