Customer Onboarding Manager - REMOTE

A technology company leading a revolution in accounting and business management in Israel is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager

The role includes responsibility for the complete onboarding process of new customers in the system - from planning and transfer, through training and technical support, to full adoption and high satisfaction. The role combines project management, product understanding and customer service, and requires a background in accounting alongside a technological orientation.

The essence of the role:

Managing the onboarding process from end to end.

Primary point of contact for new customers.

Training and guidance in using the system.

Technical support and support for failures during the onboarding process.

Monitoring, identifying risks and reporting to management.

Improving processes and onboarding methodologies."

At least 3 years of experience in accounting.

Technological orientation and product understanding.

Experience in face-to-face/online training.

Service-oriented, high interpersonal communication and proactive.

Ability to work independently under multiple tasks."
