Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The role includes:

• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues for company users
• Installing and configuring new workstations (laptops and desktops)
• Providing ongoing support for end-user devices (laptops and desktops)
• Managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure, including license administration
• Handling hardware malfunctions: printers, scanners, iPads, handheld devices, and related equipment

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a large commercial company
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems, Office 365, and Exchange – an advantage
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills
• High level of service orientation
