About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead strategic client relationships, oversee execution, and drive growth. You’ll serve as a trusted partner, managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships.
• Lead client work plans, meetings, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with media, creative, SEO, and data teams to execute digital strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Mentor Junior Client Managers and ensure delivery excellence.
• Use AI tools for research, insights, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management within the digital industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a sharp business sense.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills (GA4, media platforms).
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and AI tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Native-level Hebrew, both spoken and written
