User Acquisition Manager

Location: Tel Aviv — Hybrid: 2 days from home

About the role

Our client is hiring a Senior User Acquisition Manager to build and scale high-impact paid social programs. This is a new role that will be shaped with the person who joins.

You’ll own strategy and hands-on execution across social platforms and may lead a small team (1–4 UA managers) as the function grows.

Management experience is not mandatory if you bring strong, hands-on paid social expertise.

What you’ll do

• Lead, mentor, and support a growing team of Social UA Managers (initially 1–2, potentially up to 4)
• Plan, launch, and optimize large-budget performance campaigns across social platforms
• Define KPIs, forecast, and consistently deliver against performance targets
• Analyze funnel/cohort performance and translate insights into clear, testable strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, creative, and content teams
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunities

What you bring

• 3+ years hands-on managing large-scale paid social campaigns
• Facebook expertise required; TikTok and YouTube are strong advantages
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets; familiarity with BI/attribution)
• Creative, strategic thinker with strong execution and ownership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Nice to have: 1+ year of team leadership/mentorship; Reddit or native ads experience; user-journey analysis; fast-paced performance environments
