As our Marketing Designer, you'll be the sole architect of how Justt looks and feels across every touchpoint—from digital campaigns and web to events and sales collateral. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role where you define, maintain, and evolve our creative identity with full ownership and creative freedom. You'll work with real resources and a proven brand foundation, ensuring boldness, consistency, and craft in everything we put into the world. What will you do?

• Own Justt’s visual brand identity — maintain, update, and evolve guidelines as the company grows.
• Design creative assets across all channels: digital campaigns, web, social, email, and video.
• Develop high-impact sales and marketing materials — presentations, one-pagers, case studies.
• Lead the visual identity for events and conferences, from booths to collateral.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales to ensure brand consistency.
• Keep raising the bar for Justt’s design standards, making sure our visuals match the ambition of our product.

Requirments

• 3+ years of marketing design experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech.
• A portfolio that shows strong brand identity work and creative versatility across digital and print.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Motion/animation experience (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
• Strong sense of brand-building and visual storytelling.
