AI Founding Product Lead

Founding Product Lead – AI / InsurTech

We’re looking for a Founding Product Lead to join us at the ground floor and play a key role in shaping the future of our AI-driven InsurTech startup.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is passionate about building innovative products powered by Generative AI.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the product strategy and execution for our AI Agent platform, designed to automate complex workflows in the insurance space.
• Work closely with the founding team to define vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, high-value user experiences.
• Partner with engineers to build, launch, and iterate rapidly.
• Establish 0→1 product processes across data, design, and go-to-market.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, automation, or FinTech/InsurTech.
• Proven track record of building in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, and GenAI use cases.
• Ideally a former founder or early-stage builder comfortable owning product end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and bias for action.
