What You’ll Do:

Lead mechanical design with a strong focus on plastics and injection molds.

Work hands-on in SolidWorks to design, simulate, and optimize.

Mentor and guide engineers, balancing leadership with direct technical involvement.

Drive projects from concept through prototyping, testing, and production.

Solve complex design challenges creatively and with precision.

What We’re Looking For:

Mechanical engineering degree.

12+ years of mechanical engineering experience (plastics & molds focus).

Hands-on SolidWorks expertise (not just management).

Experience leading mechanical teams and projects.

Strong knowledge of design-for-manufacturing and mold-making.

A creative engineer who thrives on responsibility and innovation.
