A dynamic AI-powered SaaS startup serving interior designers and architects, based in Tel Aviv’s creative Florentine neighborhood, is looking for its first Customer Success Manager to join the team.
In this key role, you’ll report directly to the CEO and founder, helping to shape customer success strategy, contribute innovative ideas, and manage a growing and diverse client base. This position involves close collaboration with the U.S. market and requires flexibility to work U.S. hours.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, who’s eager to take ownership, build lasting client relationships, and help scale an exciting product at the intersection of design and technology.
