The Role

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing Manager to own and scale our entire recruitment function and grow into leading our outsourcing business line. This is a unique opportunity to build something significant from the ground up in a company that's about to blitz-scale.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Own end-to-end recruitment for all technical and non-technical positions
• Source and attract top talent through social media, LinkedIn, and innovative channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the full candidate pipeline
• Sell the opportunity - articulate our vision and culture to convert great candidates
• Build and optimize our employer brand and recruitment processes
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver exceptional hires

Outsourcing Business Development (Growth Track)

• Develop and manage our staff augmentation/outsourcing vertical
• Lead sales processes for outsourcing placements with our client base
• Work closely with our VP of Sales to identify and close opportunities
• Build relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
• Manage the full cycle from opportunity to placement to client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly in data, AI, or software engineering
• Strong track record of successfully closing candidates and filling challenging roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work with both candidates and clients professionally and effectively
• Hunter mentality with business development orientation
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Fluency in Hebrew and English

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience in outsourcing, staff augmentation, or contract recruitment
• Background in sales or business development
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
