Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be central in turning data into actionable insights that will guide decision-making across product, operations, and customer success. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and business-minded, able to translate complex datasets into clear narratives that support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (internal systems, customer data, and third-party platforms).
• Analyze big data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, and provide qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics, trends, and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for business impact by analyzing product usage, operational efficiency, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to define data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Develop models and frameworks to support forecasting, predictive analytics, and ROI measurement.
• Support functional testing and data validation to improve product quality and customer experience.
• Communicate insights clearly through presentations, visualizations, and reports tailored to different stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g.ClicData, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to frame business questions into data analysis tasks.
• Strong communication skills to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
