Operations Associate

We're seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to join our team and take ownership of a wide range of operational tasks that keep the company running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Take part in operational in-house projects.
• Dealing with the Ministry of Defense in areas such as security classification, special insurance, and compliance with tender conditions.
• General administration, in areas such as ISO certificates
• Organizational management, including areas such as managing the organizational information platform, implementing cross-departmental work processes, and preparing internal organizational content (such as presentations).
• Handle company and drone insurance policies.
• Plan and execute clients events and workshops.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in operations or project management
• Experience with processes with the Ministry of Defense, such as security classification, special insurance, and compliance with tender conditions - An advantage
• Proven ability to independently learn and lead processes from start to finish
• All-around player with ‘can-do’ approach
• An independent self-starter with a 'figure it out' attitude, someone who proactively identifies challenges, takes initiative to solve them, and thrives when given ownership.
