We're seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to join our team and take ownership of a wide range of operational tasks that keep the company running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Take part in operational in-house projects.
Dealing with the Ministry of Defense in areas such as security classification, special insurance, and compliance with tender conditions.
General administration, in areas such as ISO certificates
Organizational management, including areas such as managing the organizational information platform, implementing cross-departmental work processes, and preparing internal organizational content (such as presentations).
Handle company and drone insurance policies.
Plan and execute clients events and workshops.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in operations or project management
Experience with processes with the Ministry of Defense, such as security classification, special insurance, and compliance with tender conditions - An advantage
Proven ability to independently learn and lead processes from start to finish
All-around player with ‘can-do’ approach
An independent self-starter with a 'figure it out' attitude, someone who proactively identifies challenges, takes initiative to solve them, and thrives when given ownership.
