HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping align the region’s people strategy with its business strategy. A true people champion and change agent with a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support managers at all levels, ensuring high-quality management across the organization.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support business growth.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to managers and employees on performance, development, and employee relations.
• Identify people-related trends and challenges, and design practical HR solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead and implement global HR programs in the region (e.g., performance management, engagement, talent development).
• Take a hands-on role in recruitment during peak hiring periods, including sourcing, screening, and partnering with managers.
• Act as the gate keeper for recruitment processes in the region, ensuring quality and consistency.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as an HRBP in a global tech company
• Previous experience in recruitment or organizational consulting – must
• Relevant Master’s degree (Organizational Psychology, Sociology, MBA, Labor Studies)
• Tech savvy – strong skills in HR systems, data-driven tools, and AI-based solutions
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Advantage: Experience working in a global organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build trust across all levels
