Data Analyst

A fast-growing fintech startup in Hod Hasharon is building AI-driven solutions that are transforming how institutions invest in alternatives.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s curious, detail-oriented, and able to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

What you’ll do

• Wrangle, clean, and normalize large datasets (Python, Pandas, NumPy)
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Work with new clients to integrate and onboard their data
• Leverage AI tools to enrich and automate parts of the ETL
• Build custom dashboards and generate client KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing—and clients

What you bring

• 1–2 years as a Data Analyst (hands-on)
• Python – must (Pandas/NumPy, scripting, data manipulation)
• SQL – strong (queries, joins, window functions)
• Familiarity with BI/visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker or similar)
• Solid grasp of statistics and data modeling
• Experience with AI tools for data enrichment/automation – advantage
• Bonus: regression & time-series analysis
• Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, CS, Math, Stats, etc.)
