A large financial organization in the center of Israel is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-organizational business & technology programs with significant strategic impact.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Lead large-scale business-technology programs across divisions and departments
• Plan, manage, and monitor projects end-to-end (E2E)
• Drive and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring collaboration, transparency, and open communication
• Work closely with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders
• Define goals, milestones, risks, governance, and KPIs
• Operate in a dynamic environment with an Agile culture

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing large, complex technology projects in enterprise organizations (preferably financial sector)
• Strong business & technology orientation
• Assertiveness, leadership, and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Systemic and process-oriented thinking
• Experience identifying bottlenecks, leading improvements, and integrating across diverse functions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
• Quick learner, independent, highly organized, and impact-driven
