What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end HR operations — from recruitment to employee engagement.
• Take a hands-on role in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offers.
• Partner with leadership to shape culture and drive organizational development.
• Ensure employee well-being through thoughtful policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Manage compliance, performance processes, and career growth pathways.
• Drive a workplace where trust, respect, and inclusivity are the norm.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Strong track record of hands-on recruiting from end to end.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent development.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Passion for creating a high-performance, people-centered work environment.
