Social Media & Content Creator

The Israel Aerospace Medical Association (IASMA) is looking for a creative and community driven Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing digital team.

🔹 What you’ll do

Manage and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Support IASMA’s community initiatives and webinars with timely posts and creative storytelling.

Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist and IASMA leadership to design campaigns that highlight members, research, and events.

Write, edit, and publish content (text, graphics, short videos, stories, reels).

Track engagement and help grow IASMA’s digital presence worldwide.

🔹 What we’re looking for

Strong writing skills in English and Hebrew.

Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing - an advantage.

At least 2 years of experience in marketing and social media management.

Proven experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, with a strong ability to identify trends and leverage new tools.

Proficiency in photography (preferably with professional cameras), video editing, and still photography editing on both computers and mobile - friendly applications - an advantage.

Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Figma.

Ability to work collaboratively and be part of an active volunteer driven community.
