Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the experience of a tool that’s already showing measurable impact in kindergartens across Israel.

We’re seeking an exceptional Full-Stack Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of language development technology. This position works directly with the C-Level and will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our tech stack while preparing for our next phase of LLM AI-driven innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire development lifecycle
• Oversee the implementation of voice and AI technologies to enhance our platform’s capabilities
• Drive scalability and automation improvements for seamless user experiences
• Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, and other team members to align technical solutions with user needs
• Maintain a high standard of code quality and ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a startup environment (Being a team player)

• Proven experience (3+ years) in software development
• Experience with LLMs and their integration into production systems
• Proficiency in Python and React native and familiarity with other relevant programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript).
• Working with AI tools to enhance productivity
• Experience with cloud platforms like MS Azure, GCP, or AWS

• A commitment to social impact and improving outcomes for underserved populations

Preferred

• Strong knowledge of AI and voice technology applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS WebApps and DevOps practices
• Background in working with Unity3D applications for Android or iOS
