Full Stack Engineer

The Fullstack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core components of 4Cast Decision Intelligence Platform.

The role operates in an AI-native development environment, where AI tools and agents are integrated into the development lifecycle to support faster, more efficient software delivery. The developer is expected to combine strong software engineering fundamentals with effective use of AI-assisted development practices, adapt quickly across technologies, and take ownership of solutions from requirements through implementation.

The role requires close collaboration with other developers, Product, QA, and DevOps throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software across frontend and backend components.
• Use Spec-driven development with AI tools and agents as an integral part of the software development lifecycle, from requirements and implementation through testing, debugging, and code review.
• Translate requirements and technical specifications into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Take ownership of development tasks from analysis and design through implementation and delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, QA, and DevOps throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to system architecture, code quality, engineering standards, and technical decision-making.
• Continuously explore and adopt new technologies, AI capabilities, and development practices that improve engineering quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and agents as a meaningful part of the software development process.
• Ability to quickly learn and work effectively across different programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, APIs, databases, and modern development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High learning agility, technical curiosity, and ability to independently explore and adopt new technologies.
• High ownership and a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English.
