Role Description We are looking for a Full Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on back-end, to join our R&D team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Rosh HaAyin. You will work across our platforms - Every1, Fleeter and, as needed, Comstar - building the services, APIs and interfaces that connect our web platforms to hardware and external systems in the field. What you'll do - Design, build and maintain back-end services and APIs in Java and Node.js. - Write and maintain database logic in MySQL, including stored procedures. - Develop and extend the web user interfaces of our platforms. - Integrate with hardware, telemetry sources and third-party systems. - Write secure, maintainable code, and take part in code reviews, testing and documentation. - Work within a structured, security-aware development process, with defined review and approval stages. - Use AI coding tools daily to move faster, while reviewing and validating everything you ship. - Collaborate closely with product, hardware and operations teams.

Requirements:

3-5 years of professional back-end development experience.

• Hands-on experience with Java and Node.js.
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL, including stored procedures. - Solid experience designing and building REST APIs.
• Working front-end skills (React experience is a plus).
• Experience writing secure code: input validation and safe handling of credentials and sensitive data.
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools in development.
• Strong debugging skills and solid use of version control.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and take ownership of your tasks.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong advantage
• - Experience with IoT systems and device telemetry.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with protocols such as OCPP, GTFS and SIRI
