Data Analyst

High-tech company that developed a mobile platform with a game boasting tens of thousands of downloads and hundreds of thousands of daily active users, experiencing high growth rates of several tens of percent per year. The company specializes in immersive gaming, creating experiences that make players feel fully “inside” the game.

The company has raised several million dollars and currently has hundreds of thousands of daily active users, with continued rapid growth. Located in Tel Aviv (near train line), offering a flexible hybrid work model. The company has 80 employees, half of whom are in R&D.

Responsibilities:

• Define analytics and table schemes
• Build dashboards and monitor important business KPIs
• Conduct thorough analysis – identify trends, causality, and estimations to support the business decision-making process
• Create and validate predictive models
• Automate analysis tools
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze the results, and recommend accordingly

Requirements

• 3 years of gaming industry work experience
• BA/BSC degree in: Economics, statistics, mathematics, physics, business studies or any other quantitative field
• Advanced knowledge of statistics (significance tests, causal analysis, predictive models, etc.)
• Excellent control with Excel
• Excellent control with SQL
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience with dashboarding systems (experience with Looker - advantage)
• Python skills – advantage
