We are looking for an L&D Partner to join the Aviation Division at IAI.
The position includes:
• Managing and tracking learning processes across the organization
• Designing learning programs and solutions aligned with the business strategy by identifying client needs
• Managing the budget according to KPIs, presenting reports, and updating plans based on evolving requirements from the field
• Evaluating training effectiveness and proposing improvements and optimization solutions
• Collaborating on cross-divisional processes and programs as needed
What we’re looking for:
• Academic degree – required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational learning/training – required
• Technological innovation – integrating AI tools into training and organizational development processes. Creative and practical use of AI for improving learning, data analysis, content creation, and more
• Strong knowledge of learning theories, principles, and current trends in organizational development and learning
• Deep familiarity with related fields such as training development, learning technologies, group facilitation, and consulting – an advantage

The Aviation Division is involved in all aspects of the aviation industry, from planning and development through engineering, manufacturing of aircraft structures and planes, testing, and approvals.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead learning and development efforts, including developing and implementing organizational processes across the division while working with diverse stakeholders.
