As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed quickly and effectively. The role combines problem-solving, communication, and a strong customer-oriented approach to deliver an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed.

Guide customers through product features, usage, and best practices.

Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve cases efficiently.

Qualifications:
