HR Manager

Yango Deli Israel is growing fast! We’re looking for an HR Manager to lead our recruitment and HR operations. If you love managing people, building efficient processes, and creating a great employee experience – this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters – managing funnels, analyzing KPIs, and ensuring full fulfillment of high-volume frontline roles.
• Optimize sourcing channels to improve both speed and quality of hires.
• Oversee occasional office recruitment in partnership with managers.
• Administer employee bonus programs – collecting inputs from managers, validating data, and coordinating with payroll.
• Drive engagement initiatives, events, and welfare programs.
• Support employee relations and assist with sensitive HR cases.
• Help implement digital HR tools and strengthen HR operations.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of HR experience (HR Ops, HRBP, or Manager roles), with strong recruitment management background.
• Solid knowledge of HR operations and Israeli labor law.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and funnel analytics.
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew & English (Russian – advantage).
• Data-driven, organized, and hands-on in a dynamic environment.
