Data Analyst

We’re an early-stage AI startup growing fast and looking for our first Data Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor of a company already operating at massive scale with strong early traction.

You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team to turn complex data into insights and decisions that shape our strategy, roadmap, and growth.

• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Build dashboards, reports, and tools that drive product and business decisions.
• Work with engineering to improve data collection, pipelines, and accuracy.
• Translate raw data into clear stories and actionable recommendations.
• Help establish the data culture, metrics, and processes of the company.

We don’t care about strict years of experience, we care about talent and proof of ability. You might showcase this through personal projects, research, competitions, or unique problems solved.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on large datasets
• Ability to design metrics, run experiments, and provide data-driven insights
• Familiarity with SQL and at least one analytics/visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase)
• Bonus: experience with Python/R, statistics, or ML-driven analysis
• No fixed years of experience required: talent can be demonstrated through side projects, prizes, complex problems solved, or open-source contributions
