Job Description:

We’re hiring an experienced Social Media Manager specializing in content creation, creative strategy, and brand building mainly on Twitter and LinkedIn. The role requires full ownership of assigned social media channels: from ideation to publishing and engagement, with a strong emphasis on community growth and brand positioning. All content will be written in English at a native level. The position also involves operational responsibilities, including community interaction, engagement creation, and implementing strategies to meet growth KPIs. Candidates with experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto will be given significant preference; alternatively, a background in technology, cybersecurity, or finance is required.

Job Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media, with emphasis on Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Native-level English - mandatory.
• Proven track record in content writing, creative concept development, and brand growth in social media.
• Strong advantage - experience with Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto industries.
• If not from Web3, experience in technology, cybersecurity, or finance is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, with a proactive approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with executing social media strategies according to a defined marketing plan.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and publish high-quality English content for Twitter and LinkedIn (and other SM platforms)
• Manage day-to-day social media operations - scheduling, posting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Create engagement opportunities, respond to community inquiries, and build strong relationships with followers.
• Develop creative concepts and lead campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Meet predefined growth and community-building KPIs.
