About the Role

We’re looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team and provide top-notch internal support for our employees.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for solving technical issues, preparing and deploying PCs/laptops, configuring mobile devices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the company.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

🖥️ Troubleshooting OS and application issues (Windows & more)

📱 Configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android)

💻 Preparing and deploying workstations & laptops for new employees

🔌 Supporting PC/Mac hardware, printers, and peripherals

🌐 Ensuring client connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP)

Requirements

✨ Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role

✨ Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS

✨ Solid understanding of PC hardware and troubleshooting

✨ Familiarity with TCP/IP networking

✨ Experience with network equipment (modems, routers)

Nice to Have

⭐ Knowledge of Office 365

⭐ Experience with Active Directory

⭐ Familiarity with iOS & Linux systems
