Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Help Desk Technician located in Petah Tikva \ Jeruzalem \ Bnei Ayish
. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, offering help desk support, and performing computer repairs. Daily tasks include responding to user inquiries, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operation of desktop computers and other IT equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Desktop Computers, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Help Desk Support and Computer Repair
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of cloud security infrastructure is beneficial
