Data Analyst, Data Science Team

The opportunity

This role offers unique exposure to cutting edge machine learning applications while building your expertise in both analytical depth and ML systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis and deep-dive investigations across our full data ecosystem to uncover insights that drive ML and product strategy
• Analyze ML model results, performance metrics, and conduct sophisticated model evaluations that inform algorithmic improvements
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests while serving as a key contributor to our model evaluation and experimentation processes
• Build analytical pipelines and automated systems that scale our ability to measure ML effectiveness and business impact
• Create advanced dashboards and reporting systems that translate complex model performance into actionable business insights
  
  

What We're Looking For

• We're looking for an analyst, creative and curious which is also a builder in soul
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with analytical libraries (Spark, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and pipeline development experience
• Strong statistical analysis and experimental design capabilities including A/B testing, model evaluation metrics, and performance analysis
• Proven expertise building dashboards and visualizations in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools for complex analytical insights
  
  

You might also have

• Enthusiasm around using AI tools for development and analysis
• Experience with B2C, adtech, gaming, or content recommendation analytics, particularly around model performance and user behavior
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex ML and business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and communicate findings effectively
