Junior IT Support

OMC Group, the leader in virtual servers and cloud services, is looking for Junior IT Support!

The role includes support for end customers, users and all computing systems, working in a virtual environment, Domain environment, handling Outlook problems, scanners, server maintenance, Office 365, working with AD, backups (acronis, veeam) and more.

The role can be suitable for those who are at the beginning of their professional career in the field and are looking for an embracing organization to grow and develop in.

Requirements:

- Course in network management, cyber, knowledge of operating systems, network communications, CCNA / MCITP / MCSA

- Active Directory - basic knowledge

- Knowledge with 365 domain environments - an advantage

- High service awareness

Experience in service/support centers - a significant advantage
