We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our awesome team in Tel Aviv! This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the daily operations of our digital marketing systems, make sure everything runs smoothly, and constantly improve the way we work.

What you’ll do:

• Keep our marketing tools and platforms up and running.
• Track performance, troubleshoot, and solve problems in real time.
• Optimize workflows and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Turn data into insights that drive growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Excel skills – must.
• ChatGPT fluency – must.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with complex digital systems.
• Strong English (reading & writing).
• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented and independent.

Bonus points for:

• Instagram know-how.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Background in data/analytics.

📍 Based in Tel Aviv (with flexibility to work from home later on).

🕓 Full-time role, with an option for 80%.
