Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple regions. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Hi-Tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- :Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles in Israel
- .Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- .Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
- .Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a streamlined hiring process
- .Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- .Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to enhance sourcing efforts
- .Foster relationships with potential candidates and promote the company’s employer brand
- .Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
