Growth Marketing Manager

Your Story:

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Growth Marketing & Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution—building high-quality lead pipelines, leveraging industry events and partnerships. You'll own event marketing from concept through ROI analysis and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to develop pre-event campaigns, optimize landing pages, and uncover new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with analytical thinking, and enjoys both external relationship-building and internal campaign execution.

What You'll Do:

• Manage sponsored events and industry-based event opportunities and partnerships, from ideation to post-event ROI reporting—including logistics, vendor coordination, lead capture in Salesforce, and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.
• Continuously research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects across existing and new markets, leveraging both day-to-day outreach and targeted pre-event initiatives to maximize engagement and impact.
• Build and manage BDR/SDR campaigns with Sales and Marketing to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
• Monitor industry trends, follow up with engaged leads, and hand off qualified leads seamlessly to Sales.
• Leverage partnerships with organizations such as OTT.X, DPAA, and Beeler to open new conversion channels and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop persuasive messaging, campaign assets, and high-converting landing pages on HubSpot or other platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, events execution, or marketing support.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in B2B and/or SaaS technology companies.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Similarweb, and other tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, thriving in dynamic environments.
• Creative thinker with a guerrilla marketing approach—maximizing impact with limited resources.
