Finance Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the management team and lead a key operational division within a leading financial organization.

About the Role:

You will manage a diverse operations department overseeing multiple units.

The role includes leading professional and managerial teams, managing budgets, streamlining processes, and working closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and regulators.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse professional team.

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of processes.

Manage the department’s investment and expense budgets.

Optimize workflows and improve efficiency across the organization.

Coordinate activities with suppliers and regulatory bodies.

Drive service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders.

Support the launch of new business initiatives with operational expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven managerial experience, leading managers and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering & Management.
• Experience in financial operations management.
• Strong analytical skills with business and process-oriented thinking.
• Experience with DWH/BI systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-organizational projects.
• High-level English (spoken, written, and reading).
