Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the analytics team of a leading financial organization. The role includes responsibility for analyzing and monitoring marketing activities, setting up and tracking KPIs, planning and managing marketing campaigns, and sending marketing messages while measuring their actual impact.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze data and generate insights for marketing and commercial activities

* Set up and continuously monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

* Manage and oversee marketing campaigns throughout their lifecycle

* Send marketing messages and measure/optimize their impact

* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst – mandatory

* Excellent command of SQL – mandatory

* Experience in analyzing marketing campaigns and generating business insights – advantage

* Strong ability to work independently and in a team, with critical thinking and attention to detail

* Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau / Power BI) – advantage
