Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Help Desk Specialist to join our global team in Netanya.

This role involves providing end-user support, ongoing system operation, and troubleshooting Microsoft server issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to end-users across the organization.
• Manage daily operations and resolve incidents on Microsoft servers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft servers (DC, EX, IIS).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory: user management, group setup, and calendar sharing.
• Solid understanding of networking.
• Familiarity with firewalls and switches.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high service orientation, eagerness to learn and grow, and a proactive mindset.
