HR Manager – Nationwide Service Group

A large and diverse service group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function across several subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for all HR areas – recruitment, leadership development, training, employee engagement, and labor relations.
• Designing and implementing cross-company HR processes and practices.
• Managing and developing local HR teams.
• Supporting managers at different levels with organizational and people-related matters.
• Working in a decentralized structure – HQ combined with multiple sites nationwide.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience leading HR in a medium-to-large organization.
• Strong background in managing HR teams and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and employee relations.
• Experience working in organizations with multiple sites.
• Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
