This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Coordinator located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment tools and databases and collaborating with the HR team to meet hiring goals.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
