Balkan Flight Support (BFS) is a Sofia-based company providing a full range of professional aviation support services for business, private, government, and military flights across the Balkans and beyond. To strengthen our growing international presence, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Commercial Manager to join our team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients (business jet operators, charter companies, brokers, government organizations).

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.

Prepare commercial offers, lead negotiations, and conclude contracts.

Monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and expand BFS’s service network.

Cooperate closely with the Operational Control Center (OCC) and company leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery.

👤 Requirements

Proven experience in aviation (preferably ground handling, flight support, or aviation services).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic mindset and ability to deliver measurable results.

Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).

Willingness to travel when required.
