Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our growing HR team. You will take a key part in the hiring efforts for our Israeli site and manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting, supporting the R&D, GTM and G&A departments' growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and build hiring plans.
• Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Drive candidate pipeline through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, in partnership with the operations team.
• Manage employment documentation and HRIS.
• Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and systems.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in a combined Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist role, ideally at a fast-paced tech company / startup.
• Experience hiring for a variety of roles — from engineering and product to marketing and G&A.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-scaling environment
