We are looking for Marketing Performance Analyst:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering,
or equivalent practical experience.
3-5- years of experience in a marketing data analysis role focused on user acquisition,
growth marketing and media analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Stack, Google Analytics (GA4), including a solid
understanding of its data schema, event tracking, and attribution models.
Demonstrated experience analyzing performance marketing campaigns and key metrics (e.g.,
CPA, LTV, ROAS).
Direct experience with advanced analytical techniques such as Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
and data-driven attribution.
A strong technical understanding of website tracking principles, including pixel implementation
and the role of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts
for non-technical audiences.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to build insightful
dashboards and reports.
