About the role:

As a Marketing Designer at Agora, you’ll shape our visual storytelling across campaigns, digital platforms, and presentations. You’ll design scalable systems, create original visuals with advanced AI tools, and help define a consistent, high-quality brand identity. It’s a hands-on role with direct impact on how our brand is seen and experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging marketing materials such as digital ads, landing pages, social assets, presentations, email campaigns, and more.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Work in Figma to design and deliver scalable layouts and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to align visuals with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing digital work.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components).
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iconography and visual systems design.
• Familiarity with AI image tools such as Midjourney, Krea.ai, or Flux.
• Animation and motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
