Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role includes responsibilities such as managing the recruitment process, developing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating training and development programs. The HR Manager will also play a key role in strategic planning and work closely with other departments to ensure the alignment of the HR function with organizational goals. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Skills in developing HR policies and implementing training programs
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR management are a plus
