Description
We’re looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our growing team at Helfy!
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and services.
- Ensure secure and reliable connectivity (VPN, firewalls, SSO).
- Monitor and support network security tools (IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, WAF).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networking.
- Collaborate with teams to provide high-quality, service-oriented IT support.
- Lead IT initiatives independently and take full ownership of projects.
- 6+ years of experience in IT.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with security solutions and tools.
- Experience with SSO and identity management.
- Service-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Independent, responsible, and highly motivated.
- Passionate about IT and eager to learn new technologies
