Description

We’re looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our growing team at Helfy!

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and services.
• Ensure secure and reliable connectivity (VPN, firewalls, SSO).
• Monitor and support network security tools (IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, WAF).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networking.
• Collaborate with teams to provide high-quality, service-oriented IT support.
• Lead IT initiatives independently and take full ownership of projects.
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in IT.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with security solutions and tools.
• Experience with SSO and identity management.
• Service-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Independent, responsible, and highly motivated.
• Passionate about IT and eager to learn new technologies
