Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple regions. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Hi-Tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles in Israel.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to enhance sourcing efforts.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates and promote the company’s employer brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment within the Hi-Tech sector - A must
- Proven experience of sourcing candidates in Israel.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
