Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an E-commerce Customer Success Manager based in Tel Aviv.
You'll be the strategic partner for our E-commerce clients, managing complex onboarding processes, technical integrations, and ongoing success initiatives. This role combines both marketing and technical expertise with customer relationship management to ensure clients maximize their ROI with ActiveTrail's platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding - Lead end-to-end onboarding processes including system integrations, data synchronization, platform implementation, and setup of automation workflows, segmentation, and email marketing campaigns
- Training & Enablement - Deliver comprehensive training sessions on platform tools and capabilities, establish automation workflows and processes, provide strategic consulting on marketing automation and omnichannel marketing strategies within ActiveTrail's platform.
- Technical Support & Solutions - Provide advanced technical support to advanced clients regarding E-commerce platform integrations, system connections, and platform utilization.
- Customer Success & Project Management - Drive customer success initiatives and lead client-facing projects, maximize platform adoption and utilization, spearhead implementation of new system processes, and nurture strong relationships with company clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce - setup, operations, or marketing.
- Practical experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce.
- Extensive experience in using marketing automation tools such as Zapier, Make
- Webmaster orientation - knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
- Experience with SQL queries - an advantage.
- Previous work with marketing automation and email marketing platforms - an advantage.
- Strong command of analytics and data collection tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker Studio - an advantage.
