Human Resources Manager

For one of our clients – a growing industrial company that develops and manufactures advanced industrial products – we are looking for a Human Resources Manager

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy while staying highly hands-on in day-to-day HR activities.

What you’ll do:

✔️ Drive organizational development and training programs

✔️ Act as a trusted HR partner and advisor to managers

✔️ Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition

✔️ Oversee compensation & benefits processes

✔️ Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and welfare initiatives

✔️ Manage and mentor a small HR team (1 direct report)

What we’re looking for:

• At least 10 years of experience in HR roles, including managerial responsibility
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Business-oriented mindset
• Background in industrial/manufacturing companies
