Human Resources Manager

Cover is a fast-growing Insurtech startup that leverages AI to make insurance accessible, transparent, and easy - for individuals and businesses.

We’re looking for an HR Manager to join as the first dedicated people role in the company. This is a unique opportunity to build HR foundations from the ground up, own end-to-end people processes, and shape the employee experience in a growing startup.

What you’ll do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across tech and business roles
• Own onboarding and employee experience initiatives, ensuring new hires are set up for success
• Partner with managers on day-to-day people topics and provide guidance as needed
• Support the creation of HR processes, tools, and frameworks tailored for a scaling startup
• Drive initiatives around engagement, internal communications, and team culture
• Handle HR operations and support compliance as the company grows

What we’re looking for:

• 3-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (tech + business roles)
• Eagerness to expand into a broader HR role and take ownership of end-to-end people responsibilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (Hebrew + English)
• Proactive, organized, and people-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: exposure to HR processes beyond recruitment (onboarding, performance, engagement)
